My Journey

From physics to computational biophysics β€” the path that brought me here.

My journey into computational biophysics is driven by a fascination with the physical principles underlying biological systems. After training in Physics at the University of Calcutta and Biophysics at the University of Kalyani, I earned my Ph.D. from IIT Indore, specializing in molecular dynamics simulations, enhanced sampling, and free energy calculations. Currently, as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Purdue University in Prof. Carol Beth Post's lab, I use advanced computational modeling to uncover kinase dynamics at the atomic level.
